Unless otherwise stated, my cancellation policy for workshop bookings is as follows:

If you have to cancel:

• More than 4 weeks prior to the workshop date, a full refund will be given;
• 1 – 4 weeks prior to the workshop date, 50% of the full workshop fee will be refunded;
• Less than 7 days’ notice of cancellation, 100% of the workshop fee will be retained.
• If you do not attend the workshop, and have not previously informed me, 100% of the workshop fee will be retained.

If I have to cancel:

• I will keep you informed if there is any threat of the workshop not running, or if there are not enough participants to make it viable, and your money will be refunded;
• I will cancel at short notice only in the case of an emergency, such as illness or extreme weather affecting access to and use of the venue, in which case the full fee will be refunded.

PLEASE NOTE: for my bespoke workshops at home only, there is flexibility to postpone to another date. To avoid losing money for a late notice cancellation, do get in touch quickly, if you need to cancel, and I will do my best to accommodate you. Please be aware that this might not always be possible, depending on how late notice your cancellation is, and the above-stated policy might still apply.
